My name is Candice B. Bruguier. I grew up on the fishing docks of Little River, SC. I am a military veteran, having served eight years in the Air Force followed by a year in the Army. I have been an artist all my life, but I found my true calling to work with leather after marrying my soulmate, Chase, in 2016. He recognized my passion for art and my love for horses as well as all things western and encouraged me to combine those passions. My wonderful In-laws also bestowed upon me the nickname, Boots, due to my obsessive boot collecting and wearing habits, hence the email for this business: boots@thebrandingironleatherco.com.
